Faculty must RSVP by Friday, May 3rd, 2013. 

Commencement Tickets

Every faculty member must have a ticket for to participate in Commencement on May 11, 2013.  Completing the Faculty RSVP online form will reserve your commencement ticket and a parking pass (pending availability).  We will send an email notice when tickets are ready for pick up.

If you own your regalia, your ticket and parking pass will be available for pick up at your Dean's office.  

If you rent your regalia, your ticket and parking pass will be in your regalia package at the bookstore.  

Faculty Regalia Rental

All faculty who participate in Commencement must wear academic regalia. If you do not own your own robes, regalia can be rented through the University Bookstore.  The Bookstore cannot guarantee orders after April 1st.

Commencement Ceremony and Procession Details

• Date: Saturday, May 11, 2013, at 1 p.m.
• Location: Ultimate Soccer Arenas
• Robing and line-up: The Conference Room, located to the right from main entrance. Beverages will be provided. Doors will be completely locked during ceremony.
• Arrival time: Noon at the latest. Procession preparation will take a little longer due to the venue setup.
